- Pure Hurthle cell population
 - Prominent nucleolus
 - Pseudopsammoma bodies (Basophlic structures thought to be colloid, with concentric lamellae)
 - Shows either small cell dysplasia (smaller cells with high N/C ratio) or large cell dysplasia (large cells with at least 2x variability in nuclear size)
 - No lymphocytes
